Refund Policy

The Prompt Playbook is a digital eBook / PDF delivered electronically after successful payment.

Digital product refunds

Because digital content can be accessed or copied immediately, purchases are generally non-refundable once delivery or access has been provided. If you were charged more than once, did not receive the eBook, or received a file that cannot be opened, contact us so we can investigate and, where appropriate, arrange delivery, a replacement, or a refund.

This policy does not limit any rights or remedies available under applicable law.

Email ankita.dev@ebookai.in with your order details and the email used at checkout. Payment processing and eligible payment refunds are handled through Razorpay and the original payment method, as applicable.
